Little Food Pantry – Barrie Housing is excited to announce this collaboration with the “Barrie Food Bank”, the installation of “Little Food Pantries” at 3 of our locations. These pantries provide 24/7 access to food. The motto of the Little Food Pantry is “Take what you need, give what you can”. We welcome donations of non-perishable food items, especially items like pasta, rice, granola bars, crackers, tuna, dry soup noodles, kraft dinner, peanut butter, cookies, candy, chips, and hand sanitizers.
Find the pantries outside at the following locations beginning June 1, 2022:
Millcreek – 549 Yonge Street (located at the Coxmill St. entrance)
Coulter Glen - 49 Coulter Street
Northfields - 225 Kozlov Street
